Terms and Conditions

These are the Terms and Conditions of Booking for PRESTIGIOUS TRAVEL UK LIMITED.  The contract between the parties is made on the terms outlined herein.

PRICES
Prices are based on known costs at time of booking.  All prices quoted include hotel accommodation, personal driven transfers to and from airport, all reservations and bookings and personal tour guide for day excursions, (When Requested) but DO NOT include food, drinks, mini-bar and other sundry expenses. Details of what our prices include are set out in our tour itinerary.  Optional services are available on request but will incur a charge.

DATE OF DEPARTURE/COLLECTION TIMINGS
These are subject to change or cancellation should unforeseen circumstances occur.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations made six weeks to departure will incur loss of deposit.  Cancellations made thereafter will incur a 100% cancellation charge.

PAYMENT
A deposit of 25% of the full vacation price is required at time of booking.  The full balance is payable six weeks prior to departure.  Payments can be made using all major credit/debit cards which can be subject to handling fees, or by wire transfer to either our UK or US accounts.  Personal checks are accepted in US only.

Prestigious Travel UK Ltd does not retain the personal financial details of its clients. Customers are therefore required to re-state these details in full at the beginning of the first and subsequent transactions.

LOSS OR DAMAGE
We accept no liability for loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, direct or consequential loss however caused, unless due to our employees negligence. 

INSURANCE
Prestigious Travel UK does hold liability insurance. Personal insurance is not included in the vacation price.  Prestigious Travel UK recommends that you have fully comprehensive travel insurance before you travel.

LUGGAGE
As many airlines have different luggage restrictions Prestigious Travel UK recommend you contact the airline direct regarding luggage allowance and any restrictions.

PASSPORTS
A valid Passport with at least six months validity from return journey is required for all countries to be visited.  You should ascertain at time of booking whether visas will be required.

GENERAL
Prestigious Travel UK Ltd reserve the right to cancel the clients itinerary due to abusive or offensive behaviour toward any person with immediate effect. Should Prestigious Travel UK deem fit to take this action, we will not be held liable for any financial loss incurred.  No agent can vary our conditions unless it has been signed by one of our Directors.  All matters concerning this itinerary will be subject to English Law.  If you have any comments you wish to make you should make them to Prestigious Travel UK Limited, Shepway Business Centre, Shearway Business Park.
